Where exactly is pickup?
Within 2 miles of NJIT Campus Center in Newark, NJ. The exact address (apartment door or building lobby) will be sent via text message after payment confirmation.
Why is there a minimum order of 3 meals?
The 3-meal minimum helps us maintain bulk efficiency and keep prices low for everyone. It also ensures we can prepare meals in batches while maintaining quality.
How long do meals last?
All meals are fresh and should be consumed within 3-4 days when refrigerated properly. Each meal is packaged in airtight containers to maintain freshness.
Can I customize my meals?
For Phase 1, we're offering set menu items. However, we'd love to hear your preferences for future weeks! Feel free to contact us with any special requests or dietary needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards). Payment is required when placing your order.
When do orders close?
Orders close Thursday at 11:59 PM. This gives us time to prepare all meals fresh for Saturday pickup.
